it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Yea!!!  It's December 1st - that means, I can listen to Christmas music, watch holiday movies, decorate our house, and wear ribbons in my hair and it not be weird or as weird!  Yea!!!  Last night we watched the lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree.  I just kept thinking how awesome it will be to go there one day for the festivities. Here is our tree, last night (I'll get some day pictures or at least some with the flash on)...

Not nearly as many lights as the Rockefeller tree, about 29,400 less and instead of a 550 lb. Swarovski crystal star, we have three beautiful Swarovski crystals dangling!
